I offer leadership coaching for executives and teams.
When I was an executive director, I longed for someone with whom I could check in about the complexities of running a nonprofit . . . the nuances that boards and staff don’t encounter in the same way. When I found my person, I felt resourced, supported, and seen.
Peer Learning Circles
Do you ever feel alone in your role? You have great colleagues, but no one internally who understands the nuances and complexities of managing an organization. This confidential space allows you to connect with peers going through similar challenges and joys. The first cohort begins in October 2024 in Washington County, OR.
These circles can be focused on any position in an organization that could feel isolated in their role, including program directors, finance directors, volunteer coordinators, etc. Reach out if you’d like more information about joining a peer circle.
Organizational and Team Development
It all begins with an idea. Perhaps you want to launch a new program. Maybe you have an organizational puzzle you’d like support with. Or perhaps your team could benefit from a moment to connect. Whatever it is, the way you bring your team together can make all the difference.
I offer both full and half day team retreats.
Employee Retention
Human-centered policies make all the difference. If employees feel like their best interests are valued, a positive organizational culture is created. Have you considered implementing a four-day work week? Research has shown that employees return to work rejuvenated and turnover is reduced. I will support this exploration, answer questions, and provide resources.
